API Admin Django login issue

I'm trying to experiment with some features on the dev environment, but I don't seem to be able to login here

I notice on demo2 it is dev & 1234, at what point during the build is that user created, and how do I go about creating one for the dev environment?

hm... at some point we had created this, but why you have an issue?
do you run this on a custom vagrant environment?

No, nothing custom about it, just the standard dev environment
