promise-based methods

I would like to see the upgrade of the library to a new level (ES2017 standard) with async/await functions (promisify code natively).
Also maybe transfer the node-steam-tradeoffers to promises?

The libraries are currently being reworked to support native (I believe) promise implementation along with support for callbacks as a fallback. If you'd like to discuss this further re: node-steam-tradeoffers I recommend opening a separate issue on its respective repository.
