When validate loads this field in cands mode the stars are SLIGHTLY miss-aligned. Selecting Frame->Match->Frame->WCS or Frame->Match->Frame->Image the alignment is OK. Ie. issue appears to be the part of the display action in validate.

Similar problem for 13BL-2+1 CCD14. This appears to be caused by a source on the edge of the frame.
(turing off the DATASEC in ds9 made the misalignment less problematic). WCS align re-aligned the images OK.

fk_13BL-2+1_s27 has all three images misaligned.

All three fk images listed by me above moved to /quarantine.
