✨ Feature: kitty text sizing protocol support

🔖 Feature description:

Recently Kitty terminal released text sizing protocol. Could be cool to support it for header sizing and maybe other things.

It's also worth to note that the protocol is limited and the fractional sizing is only for text cells smaller than one normal character.

Also this feature can wait as it is probably not supported in neovim right now

I have no idea why, for some reason the text sizing protocol isn't doing it's thing(it reserves the space but doesn't show the text).

I am using kitty 0.40.1 btw.

Maybe the issue is that you don't reserve enough space? For example the following works:

printf '\e]66;s=5;Heading 1\a\n\n\n\n'

but this doesn't:

printf '\e]66;s=5;Heading 1\a\n\n\n'
