Navigation bar

@kpettinga in the design, when the user scrolls up a transparent navigation bar with the logo appears. Also for hub pages like projects, about etc... the page title will also be visible. I also think a breadcrumb was in the design but may have been missed in the refinement rounds.

@elliotarthur ah i see... don't think I gathered this from the mockups. This will be a fairly significant update as we'll have to rework some of the markup to be able to "detach" and "reattach".
