Patient Lobby not populating?

Hi there,

I'm seeing an issue when creating meetings with the Invitation level set to SameEnterprise. No issues with the doctor joining, and when the patient joins they are correctly placed into the SfB Lobby. However, the UI of the doctor is never updated to show that there is someone in the lobby. Here's a screenshot:

Is there anything I can try to work out why this is happening? Is this a known issue, or just me? I can start to look into console logging / breakpointing JS, but just wanted to make sure it wasn't something already known about with an easy fix!
