Add sts dependency

I'm getting a similar error as in this issue, using AWS SSO authentication. The wagon extension looks for this dependency by reflection.

WebIdentityTokenCredentialsProvider: To use assume role profiles the aws-java-sdk-sts module must be on the class path.,
