Add keyboard shortcuts

Hi, I've just started using OnePageCRM and would love to have keyboard shortcuts for common tasks, particularly adding a new contact and focusing on the search bar. I believe it would be reasonable to simply use "a" and "s" for these actions respectively, as long as an input isn't selected and a contact isn't being edited.
