ParcelUseTS rest web services do not provide information needed by StateDMI

The Parcel Use Time Series service does not provide features needed for Rio Grande data processing. Specifically, the query needs to allow specifying the calendar year, parcel ID, and division (or district). This is a requirement if StateDMI is to allow processing parcel use time series similar to direct HydroBase queries. Note that Wilson Water Group is going to advocate for updating the Rio Grande approach to not query by parcels (and instead query by well identifiers), but my understanding is that this has not been approved.
