The task includes finding the work of three contemporary sociologists (whom we can also reach out to and have a conversation about the Data Passport), who have worked on value-assessment frameworks/methodologies to help identify, rank values and value hierarchies.
Ideally, we would find answers in their work to the following questions:
- how can we form our questions/scenarios (our methodology) to assess what values a person has?
- how can test to what extent is a value prevalent for a person?
- how can we identify which values are more absolute (the person has them deeply embedded and takes decisions based on them all the time) vs which values are more relative and situationally/selectively-used?
