CHEASE binary and ascii files are needed for testing the CHEASE reading routines

Updating the docs and tests in #150 revealed the CHEASE equilibrium tests failed because the CHEASE files are not stored in the repo. I am not sure if they got lost in a merge, but it should be a simple fix to add them back to /test/test_data and restore the tests in test/runtests_equil.jl.

This should be done after #149 merges since it will have #150, and then a simple fix can be applied.

@JaeBeom1019 please just ensure that the cases used are ok to have publicly available in an open source repo (i.e. do not violate any device specific user agreements).

Closed with the last commit 50b81f6 that was supposed to be in #150 but had to be pushed after the merge because I messed up
