this package does not work perfectly when user wants to change scale to zoom in or out
i tried lots of ways but i could not solve the issue
there is a conflict between scaling and dragging
when user tries to scale chart chart scrolls to right or left

is there any conflict between onScale gesture and onHorizontalDrag?
when i comment onHorizontalDrag in GestureDetector, onScale works perfectly
i don't know what is the problem
