Rename pieces to emphasize AI

To attract commercial funders and entice users, we should emphasize our use of AI.

Rename "Flood Simulation" to “AI Flood Simulation”
Rename "Analytics" to “AI and Analytics”
Rename “Completed in 36.55 seconds.” to “AI Simulation Completed in 36.55 seconds. Compare to baseline 5-hour numerical simulation."
Add a tooltip with AI model performance metrics: "The AI extreme precipitation downscaler achieves a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 3.82 mm and a MAE of Annual Precipitation Maxima of 20.46 mm when tested on an unseen validation period of n=7305 days. The AI-optimized SIMHYD hydrological model achieves a Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) of 0.70 when tested on an unseen validation period of n=6209 days."
