Homepage:

• 瀏覽專案 link - is this the correct site? information is limited on the new opened page
• 版權宣告 link - has no link
• picture carousel - white subtitles are not shown clearly on one of the photos
• add a little bit of space between sign-up button and "點擊上面按鈕加入我們" for styling
• middle and last parts' picture and text alignment are not in accordance with the top part
• consider multi-column design for “earthquakes in Taiwan 台灣的地震現況”, “Our Goals 我們的目的”, and “With Your Help 想要有您的參與”
• center titles and make them more compelling and standout
• feels like the key features are missing: show off system components, and what distinguishes VMS and services from the other services (like the information and diagrams from wall poster)
• provide multi-languages options for global users
