Create Proposals (新增專案):
- a field for contact person and contact information
- put the form fields (自訂欄位管理) on the same page? instead of adding the additional fields in edit mode
- unsuccessful creation has no notification - show which input fields are wrong
Show Proposal (瀏覽專案):
- be more specific - consider including the following:
- contact person name and information
- date and time of the event
- goals/procedures/responsibilities/what we are trying to solve for the event (descriptions, needs, locations, etc): better copy
- “learn more” about the organization or problem
Edit Proposals:
- actions:
- provide a short description/instruction especially for 自訂欄位管理 and 成員管理. let organizers know the purpose/functionality. it is unclear on what is 欄位名稱 and 欄位描述 (creating a form for the users to record extra information)
- 自訂欄位管理 cannot be saved (in console) but it is in fact saved - had to manually refresh the page
- 自訂欄位管理 has "save" button but no “delete/cancel" button
- 瀏覽 link does not work
- 完成 link does not work
- text editor:
- text editor icons do not show up
- html tags show up after editing the proposal
- notification for successful editing - does not go anywhere - suggestion: go to show proposal
My Proposals:
- delete button does not work (+ confirmation especially if there are attendees)

- show how many attendees there are
- have the option to send out mass email/message to all attendees
- what does “成員管理” do?? no changes or available actions to manage event attendees
- published “發佈” and unpublished "不發佈" do not make changes to showing the proposal to users
