syncronize master with openms master

de.openms.knime master should be kept in parallel with the openms master.

This means that after a release, de.openms.knime master should be set to the de.openms.knime develop branch and tagged with the same version tag as OpenMS.

@aiche is there also a proper synchronization with the https://github.com/genericworkflownodes/GenericKnimeNodes needed? And what would be the best way to do this?
