Mandat check: mobile view issues

Describe the bug

• A) The mat cards doesn't fit the screen. An unnecessary horizontal scrolling bar appears

• B) The listing of genders are not aligned.

• C) The list of present and absent users glitches out of the mat card

How to Reproduce

1. open our stable instance > open meeting 3
2. open participants > open three dot menu > open mandat check
3. open console and toggle mobile view to a iPhoneSE or use the scaling visible in the screenshots
4. For A) just scroll horizontal
5. For B) select group delegates
6. For C) Open drop down menü

Expected behavior
A) The view should fit responsive to small device screens without a horizontal scrolling bar.
B) The genders should be in chart that list them in a beautiful style. (Please make a suggestion)
C) The lists should not glitch out to the right side out of the mat card.
