GitHub Actions #2
Description
I was going to setup a GitHub action that ran the TurboRepo commands on PRs and then pseudo-code the Publish GH Action, however I wasnt sure how it would behave in a Private repo.
You can reference these as prototype examples of what I would setup

I would also likely utilize some of juliusmarminge's novel improvements on the workflows I made for Cloudflare.
