Doesn't work when tramp directory is not the home directory

To reproduce, navigate somewhere other than the home directory on a remote machine using tramp, and then run pwd in shelldon, you will see the users home directory, not wherever you navigated to.

p.s. Love the work on shelldon. So much better than a REPL.

Actually, don't think it works in tramp at all actually. Is that what you would expect?
