From a naive check through that log compared to one from 2025, it looks like the issue might be to do with breaking changes to the format of OverlayPlugin lines since 2023, or from breaking changes in the log anonymizer.

It's probably sufficient to anonymize a modern log and replace it, but it would maybe also be nice to figure out a way to retain compatibility with older logs.
