reset automatically after modify_frames

This should be really easy to implement
it is just the question of if it should do a reset, i would say it should as modifying the number of blank frames will change the offset of the input buffer meaning it will send the same input twice or skip over some input
If you want i can make a pull request that does a reset/restart or hard_restart after running modify_frames
or another possiblity would be asking 'do you want to reset' after modifying the blank frames probably defaulting to yes reset

I think my preference would be an automatic do_reset for the reasons mentioned above. I think a reset would always be desired.
