Make it explicit what's currently loading in codespaces #64
Description
Atm when we start up codespaces it takes 3 mins 40 seconds to show anything.
Then, at 4 minutes 34 seconds, everything is ready and Paperproof UI shows up.
I'm nearly sure noone sits around waiting for 3mins 40s for paperproof to load in complete blindness, people just close the codespaces tab. We should make the loading state explicit.
PS. to be clear - it was explicit at some point, just so that github changed its ux, and now we need to accommodate.
