Plugin not working

Hi @JonathanMELIUS ; the Jenkins job created for this Plugin found a problem (see https://jenkins.bigcat.unimaas.nl/job/PathVisio%20FindYourInteraction%20Plugin/106/console ).
And I couldn't use the plugin with the latest Pathvisio version....

Hi Tina, just saw your fix, and I can use the plugin now (had to uninstall the old one, and reinstall the new one.... we should create a message for plugins when an update is available for PV4). However, the plugin doesn't function as it should, for example see:

I can now use the plugin without an error message, but I cannot find any hits with the Rhea DB (even though I checked if the example existed). I'll have a closer look at your fix, to see if we should maybe change the way we are retrieving information from Rhea...

I assume it might be that the webservice API changed but not sure. You'll need to look at the code to see what happened. I won't be able to look into this in the next couple weeks. Sorry.
