Broken image is shown when an image is picked using Cloud File Picker

Chrome Version : 20.0.1132.39 (Official Build 143121)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Launch Chrome and install the application "Imagemator" from CWS
2. Click on the application and try to pick an image.
3. Install the application "Cloud File Picker" application which was shown in the suggestions for picking.
4. Try to pick a file using Cloud File Picker and verify the image shown in Imagemator application.

What is the expected result?
Selected image should be shown correctly.

What happens instead?
Broken image is shown.
