Search with Apostrophe Breaks Web Frontend

Attempting to search for a game with an apostrophe in the game title causes the frontend to become a blank page. There are occasional times when it does return results but almost always a reload comes back with a blank page.

Repro Steps:
Click in the search bar and search for "Hero's" as an example.

Expected Behavior:
Always receive search results.
