Support Description / Notes field

It'd be helpful to be able add a description or notes field on the table editor.

When documenting columns on the table, it's nice to be able to add some notes about some columns.

That would be great, will think about how to implement this.

Probably would take some time before I'll be able to work on this.

The plugin is great, there's a few ERD type plugins and this is by far the best one! Very nicely done.
