Separate login Javascript code into its own asset

It should be easier to make a custom login page for Authl. Making the login page's JS a fetchable asset would help a lot.

Similarly to how you can fetch the default login stylesheet with {{login?asset=css}} this could be added as {{login?asset=js}}.
