Integrate Ian's ROS package for the robotic arm (ROS_sixi repository) with the polyorbite_rover repository.

  • Make catkin_make work with the ROS package on my machine
  • Add to a .launch file in polyorbite_rover package to make the "arm commands" node visible to the control-portal
