Deposit not shown.

I just tired to make some deposit to shiba coin to account.
I deposit in accound address, in the explorer i see the wallet balance ok.
But its doesnt update in user wallet account,
I aslo make deposit later for gar keeper 20$.

And i dont nothing in the admin panel for the deposite....



So why i dont see the deposite ...?
