Dependabot friendly releases

Hi,

I've noticed that when changes are released and Dependabot opens a PR on our platform to update the library that the release notes don't get included.

I think this is because your changes are captured in History.md.

Would it be possible to change this to CHANGELOG.md which I believe Dependabot will pick up?
