Implement I2S Example #3
Description
Using an ESP32 device, add an example using playback and recording over I2S. This will be used as a reference for the ESP32 implementation and will later be refactored to use the API and support other devices. This can be done in one single example or two separate examples, at the discretion of the developer. The purpose here is to exercise the toolchain within the CMake system.
