KitPvp - Bounty

**Describe the bug**
When you log off your bounty gets removed.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. put a bounty on someone
2. the person without bounty then has to leave

it will remove the bounty from the player essentially wiping the money that was spent on that bounty.
