Have it so people can give custom names to their land, just like on prisons. It should function pretty much exactly like renaming plots on prisons.

This should probably be a perk for like Poseidon or higher as an example. Would be a good perk to incentivize players to buy ranks. Alternatively, all players could be allowed to rename land, but only certain ranks could include the "#" in the rename. This would make you buy a rank in order to add color to your land name.
