Description
Per ADA Requirements, Webpages must be readable by a screen reader for the blind so that they can do text to speech and interact with the page that way.
Examples:
Button tooltips should be clearly marked in front end for readability.
Opening in new window or new tab should be clear to user.
Quiz question and answer selection should be clear to user who can't visually see the screen
Interactions should be clear from text to speech
