Generate log file after program run

It would be great to have a log of what the program did, sometimes it goes so quick I can't even see what was printed to the log. Might be best as another flag you can add to the command

One thing that would be useful in a log file would be a summary list of the cards in the decklist with types that aren't yet handled by Proximity, so you know which cards you need to make by hand
