Revamp option state ui #63

In my opinion, the Option State UI is boring, and there is a problem where the mobile option is at the bottom, making the text somewhat difficult to see. Therefore, I have just created a new UI concept for the Option State like this.
In this concept, there are 10 options, including Note Colors, Controls, Adjust Delay and Combo, Graphics, Visuals, Gameplay, Legacy, Modchart, Language, and Mobile. Each option has its own icon. To see what the icons look like, you can download them below.
