FAN - Up / Down Vote

GIVEN : A fan wishes to vote on a song

WHEN : A gesture is performed on an affordance on the thumbnail or on the recording detail page 

THEN: their vote will be added to the total up / down vote tally for the song

FEATURE: a fan should be able to cast an up or down vote for each song, these votes should be totaled across all users
