Move ABC Directory to ModData

Change Request:
Use `ICoreAPI.GetOrCreateDataPath()` instead of `Directory.GetCurrentDirectory()` as the root folder for FileFunctions class.

Reason:
This is an uninstall safe location, and can be configured for either Server or Client authoritative file access.



Love the mod, and this would really help out with managing my servers.
