Event Searching & Filtering #133
Description
As any user, I want to be able to search and filter events.
Each event's prominence may be altered based on a combination of
- my stated personal preferences
- staff picks
- search terms if applicable
- filters on tags,categories,etc if applicable
- date in relation to the present
