Description
seems useful for forwarding all variadic args to another macro or command.
we may need to add something in the spirit of VA_OPT though. You can do !sep #= ?(sizeof(...)==0, "", ",") but that might be a bit too verbose
bonus: db ... throws a funny internal error right now (ugh this is really quite annoying to fix tho)
