sending datagram: No such file or directory

Hi all.
I am trying to run OpenBTS-UMTS on ubuntu 16.04 but i am facing its CLI errors. Openbts-UMTS runs fine but whenever i try to run OpenBTS-UMTSCLI for configuration purpose it throws an error.

sending datagram: No such file or directory
Is the remote application running?

I am using following systems
Ubuntu 16.04
Usrp (UHD)
asn1c version=0.9.23

PS: for 2G(GSM) systems OpenBTS and its CLI runs fine
