Samba settings #57

Tony Diaz notes the following:

<tjcarter> If there's something you need it to do that it doesn't, Ivan and I are working on a new release now. A2SERVER 1.5.0 is current, but we could rev it to 1.5.1 before we put out the new Raspple II with smb/cifs improvements.

The stuff I was talking about was a jessie unar issue related to the binary unar dependencies not being part of jessie (1.22 vs 1.24) and code marked jessie or later that fails on testing/stretch. Won't file a separate issue for those since I intend to fix them right now. This ... later.
