Make individual lines editable

- [ ] Make lines editable
- [ ] add `auditable` gem and audit line changes
- [ ] "edit" link on each line should open in a new tab for now
  - [ ] future improvement: make it editable in the middle of doing a scene without losing your place in that scene
- [ ] Show a list of all edits for a play
