Fire damage does 2 hearts per tick

Fire does 2 hearts of damage per tick when it should do a half heart per tick.

Suffocation had the same problem iirc

everything was caused by the wrong invulnerable time value

While in fire it still does 2 hearts per tick, its not nearly as fast anymore tho
