Improve configuration file documentation

For every demo project there is a build.cfg file that controls the creation of a ReconOS system. While the configuration variables are documented, the valid values are not.

Where should we put this documentation? Into the build.cfg? And/or maybe into the Github WIki? Or Webpage?
