Add a CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file to define expected behavior for contributors to FastSecForge.

✍️ Details:

Create a new file named CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md at the root of the repository.

You can start with a standard Contributor Covenant (https://www.contributor-covenant.org/version/2/1/code_of_conduct/), or a simple friendly version encouraging positive collaboration.

📋 Checklist:

Add a title and welcoming message.

Outline expected behavior (respect, collaboration, helpfulness).

Outline unacceptable behavior (abuse, harassment, spam).

Add reporting guidelines (email or GitHub Issues).

Link it in README.md once added.
