Adding text about account sharing

Can you add the following text to the terms and conditions piece on the RCAMP page? If you think it's appropriate, it could also be added to the main account pages as well (ie, https://rcamp.rc.colorado.edu/accounts/account-request/create/verify/ucb and https://rcamp.rc.colorado.edu/accounts/account-request/create/verify/csu
