gateway image for the example no longer available

Hi,

I followed your example but it failed because the gateway image was gone. Searching a bit brought an older image rshriram/gateway to light, but unfortunately - as I found out later - it hosted a backlevel gremlinproxy binary.

Sorry for the inconsistency. I would suggest you try out the gremlin code
base in the amalgam8 repo at
https://github.com/amalgam8/amalgam8

At bare minimum, you need to setup the control plane (see
examples/docker/controlplane.yml), the gateway (which is equivalent to the
gremlin proxy) and add the sidecar to one or more of your micro services.

If you could describe your app setup at the amalgam8 slack channel (self
invite from http://amalgam8-slack-invite.mybluemix.net), I would be happy
to help out.
