Requirements and context

• This is a UI/UX design task only; legal content creation is not included, but designers should work with legal/compliance teams.
• Must design terms acceptance flows (sign up, investment, offering creation) with clear presentation of legal text and acceptance mechanisms.
• Should include risk disclosure patterns (prominent warnings, layered disclosure, acknowledgment checkboxes) for financial products.
• Needs regulatory notice areas (disclaimers, jurisdiction-specific warnings, regulatory status indicators).
• Must address consent management (cookie consent, data processing consent, marketing opt-ins) with clear controls.

Suggested execution

• Design terms acceptance modals/pages showing how legal text is presented and how users accept (scroll-to-accept, checkbox, signature).
