Remove all `data-bs-*` attributes

Since all these calls can also be done using the JS API, we should go that way. It is more consistent and removes confusion about whether data flows via HTML or via JS.

On the other hand: data-bs attributes allow JS interactivity without JS-interop. Maybe we should always support both ways
